When you submit the consultation-request form, Beamer Law receives the contact information and general matter information you enter. You may also provide information by calling or emailing the office.
Please do not send confidential documents or detailed sensitive information through the website. Contacting the office does not create an attorney-client relationship.
How information is used
Information submitted through the site may be used to respond to your inquiry, check for potential conflicts, evaluate whether the office can assist, operate and protect the website, and comply with legal or professional obligations.
Service providers and external links
The website is hosted on Vercel. Consultation requests are processed by Vercel and Resend and emailed to the office intake inbox at dawn@beamerlaw.net. These providers process the information needed to deliver and protect the service. Links to email, telephone, maps, or other third-party services are governed by the privacy practices of those providers once you use them.
Retention and security
Information may be retained for the period reasonably needed to evaluate the inquiry, maintain business and professional records, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable obligations. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
